It’s not an opportunity to complain or criticise the process.

There is no deadline. You can submit your right to reply at any time up until your next inspection.
What happens next
We may edit your comments to remove any offensive, inaccurate or irrelevant remarks. We’ll then publish your reply along with your rating online.
