How to apply

All applications need to be made online.

You will need to be registered on MyAccount to start the application. If you haven’t registered a MyAccount for business before, please select ‘Register’ and follow the instructions.

If you’ve already registered your business on this service, either to access Council Tax details or to apply for a Business Grant under the previous scheme, you can select ‘Sign in’ and enter the details you’ve already got set up. 

If you can’t remember your password, please use the ‘Forgot your password’ option.

When you have signed into MyAccount, select the ‘Covid-19 Business Support’ option to start the main application.

You will need all your documents with you before you start your application. The application may time out if there is no activity for 15 minutes. Your details won't be saved, so make sure you have all your information with you at the beginning.
