Use this form to:

• tell us that you're moving out of a business premises in the Brighton & Hove area

You will need to provide:

• your contact details
• your Business Rates account number (if known)
• the name of proprietor or Limited company
• address of where you're leaving and any landlord or purchaser details
• when you're moving out of your old property and into your new one
