How you can make changes to your home, get repairs, and your responsibilities around maintaining your council home.
Sometimes you’ll want to make changes or improvements in your home, even when there is nothing wrong.
You can change carpets and decorate your home without permission. In fact, landlords will often ask their tenants to install carpets in flats to keep noise to a minimum.
