What to do if you've forgotten your username
If you've already registered for the landlord portal and were given a username but you've forgotten it:
- click on the ‘forgotten your username’ link on the sign in page
- enter the email address you registered with your account
You'll receive an email with your username (don't forget to check your junk folder).

If you've already registered for the landlord portal and were given a password but you've forgotten it:
- click on the ‘forgotten your password?’ link on the sign in page
- enter your username
You'll receive an email with a password reset link to the email address you registered (don't forget to check your junk folder).
