Register for the landlord portal
To register for the landlord portal, you'll need your:
- landlord reference number - found on any letters or emails you receive from us
- email address
- name
- landlord company name
- landlord contact address and phone number
After you’ve completed the application, we’ll send you your username and a temporary password for the landlord portal.
We will use the data you provide to create your landlord account username and password. We will only use this data to register you for the Citizen Access Landlord portal. We will not use the data for any other reason. We will send your details to the email address you provide.
