What a Benefit Landlord is
If you receive rental payments for one or more of your tenants from Brighton & Hove City Council, then you are a Benefit Landlord.
It doesn't matter if you receive multiple payments from multiple tenants or just one payment for one tenant, you are still a Benefit Landlord.
