We are moving to a new telephone system. This may cause some initial issues and disruption to calls while it is being set up. If you have any issues, you may wish to call back at another time. We appreciate your patience whilst the new system is implemented and apologise for any disruption that you may experience.
Support for carers
What it means to be a carer, and where you can get support if you look after someone.
A carer is someone who provides unpaid support to a family member, child, partner or friend who couldn’t manage daily activities without this help. They don’t have to live in the same house as the person they care for.
The Council and the Clinical Commissioning Group fund the Carers Hub. They list a range of services for carers that look after someone in Brighton & Hove.
