A blue badges allows residents who have difficulty walking long distances to park in disabled spaces nationwide. The councils pages have information and advice on how to apply and where to park as well as lost or stolen badges.

The company offer a number of schemes and discounts to support residents and visitors. These include the Helping Hand scheme which aims to empower the card holder to discreetly and directly advise of any assistance they may require. The card can be particularly helpful for customers with hidden disabilities. The company has also teamed up with the East Sussex Credit Union, to offer their members an annual ticket loan that spreads the payments over a year and offers and extra 10 percent discount.
