A national service providing confidential emotional support, 24 hours a day. You donÂ't have to be suicidal to call, they are there for you if you are worried about anything, feel upset or confused, or you just want to talk to someone.

A local information and peer support network of single parents with sole or shared care of their children in Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas. They aim to reduce isolation and bring members together to form friendships and partnerships.

The Stanmer Park Restoration Project, working with a number of partners including Plumpton College and the South Downs National Park, will offer a number of additional volunteering, training and education opportunities for all when the project completes in 2020.
