Brighton buddies is a home befriending service for people affected by cancer, managed and governed by Macmillan. They prioritise particularly socially isolated people (e.g. living alone, family live away) and offer a visit once a week from a trained volunteer for approximately 12 visits, a listening ear service, practical and emotional support.
