Artspace Brighton is an Art and Mental Health charity based in a studio on the Bristol Estate, East Brighton.

Artspace increase opportunities for people with experience of mental health issues to engage with art activities in a stable and supportive space.

Self referrals are welcomed with a supportive statement from a professional.

Brighton & Hove Recovery College

Brighton and Hove Recovery College uses education in a supportive learning environment to help people with mental health challenges become experts in their own self-care and recovery.

Courses are co-produced and co-delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges and people who have gained experience through training or work. They range from one-day workshops to longer courses running for eight weeks, on subjects including 'Managing Depression', 'Work and Wellbeing', 'Returning to Learning' and 'Wellbeing in the Wild for Men'

A local service for young people who are experiencing mental health or emotional wellbeing difficulties.

The site offers advice and support on a range of low to moderate mental health or emotional wellbeing issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm and eating disorders as well as signposting to services that are more specialist where your need is greater.

All services accept self-referrals and some offer drop-in sessions.
