A national group that provides support to anyone whose life is, or has been, affected by someone elseÂ's drinking, regardless of whether that person is still drinking or not. They do not offer advice or counselling, but members give each other understanding, strength and hope.

Change, grow, live

A national charity championing people who have faced hardships such as addiction, homelessness and abuse, and supporting them into recovery. They offer free, confidential treatment and support to anyone who needs us including adults and young people, families and friends, offenders and the wider community.

Drinkline

A national phone line offering support to callers worried about their own drinking, or that of a friend or family member. They offer advice on where to go for help, and may be able to provide information and self-help materials.
