Sussex Rehabilitation Centre Out-patient Service Brighton & Hove
The service provides assessment, treatment and advice to people with neurological impairment, including stoke, traumatic brain injury and Multiple Sclerosis. The objectives of the service are to improve physical wellbeing, functional status and decrease the care needs of patients. The service is for individuals living within Brighton and Hove and some patients from East Sussex. Out-patient follow-up is also provided for patients from East and West Sussex who have been in-patients at Sussex Rehabilitation Centre (Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath).
