Council telephone systems

We are moving to a new telephone system. This may cause some initial issues and disruption to calls while it is being set up. If you have any issues, you may wish to call back at another time. We appreciate your patience whilst the new system is implemented and apologise for any disruption that you may experience.

Care and support at home

Find out what support you can get at home, including support from a carer, personal assistant or charity, equipment or changes to your home.

Support at home
Support at home from a carer or personal assistant is known as home care. Support from other places like charities and support groups is known as community support.

Changes to your home
If you have a disability or a long term illness or health condition, you might benefit from making some changes to your home, adapting it to better meet your needs.
