We are collecting your data for the purpose of transferring your premises licence or club premises certificate into another individual’s name or company name.
We have a legal obligation to process your personal information, specifically working within the Licensing Act 2003.
Your data may be shared internally with Democratic Services, Legal Services and Councillors. We may also share your data externally with the Police, Home Office and other local authorities.
Your data will be held for the length of time you are the licence holder, plus 6 years.
Your information is not processed outside of the European Economic Area.
