Why we collect your data
We are collecting your data because we:
need to know the location (street) that is opting out
need the contact details of the lead volunteer so that we can provide information and tools/PPE if required
may do a site visit to meet with them or ask them to attend a council building for a Tool Box Talk on safety.
will monitor the street to check the weeding is being done.

The lawful basis for processing this data is for the performance of a task carried out in the public’s interest.
Who we share your data with

We will not keep your data for longer than necessary, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain the data.
