Council telephone systems

We are collecting your data for the purpose of classifying a film. Your contact details may be used for communication purposes in relation to the classification. If the film is to be shown on a licensed premises your details may be used to update our existing records in the interest of data accuracy.
We have a legal obligation to process your personal information, specifically working within the Licensing Act 2003.

Your data will not be shared.
How long we will hold your data (retention)
We will hold your data for six years from when the classification took place.
Transferring data outside the European Economic Area
Your information is not processed outside of the European Economic Area.

Under GDPR you have certain rights concerning your information.
We aim to resolve all complaints about how we handle personal information. You also have the right to make a complaint about data protection to the Information Commissioner's Office.
