Changes of use to a commercial property

There are a set of general guidelines detailing the permitted activities which can take place in different types of commercial property, and the potential changes of use which can be made with consent from our planning department.

The Chamber Rooms Co-working Space

The Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce are launching a new co-working space above their offices, located on Church Road, Hove.   

(115A Church Road, Hove, BN3 2AF) 

The space will provide affordable and flexible accommodation for Chamber members, which includes:  

  • Co-working space 
  • Social cafe area 
  • Boardroom-style meeting room

Chamber members will have access to various packages - from £12 per day, to £260 (Monthly) for a permanent desk.
