Blue Badge

Car Park Season Permits (passcards)

Change of Address/Change of Vehicle

There is now £10 administration fee to change your vehicle or your area.

If you have moved from one zone to another, please download

If you are moving to a zone with a waiting list you must join the waiting list for that area. Please complete a waiting list application form.

If you currently have a permit in a waiting list area, therefore have been on the waiting list before, you can change the zone of your permit.

If you have changed your vehicle or your vehicle registration, please download

Hotel Permits

If you are a hotel or guest house in either zone C or N you can apply for hotel guest permits. If you are making your first application, please download and complete the following form.
