Brighton & Hove City Council held a public exhibition between 5 -11 February 2011 to test some key planning principles concerning the future redevelopment of the site with local residents, amenity groups and the site owners.  The results of this consultation were used to inform the development of a Planning Brief for the site. The Brief was granted formal approval at the Environment Cabinet Member meeting on 31 March 2011.  The final Planning Brief [PDF 3mb] can be viewed here.
