Housing Strategy Statistical Bulletins
The purpose of the Housing Strategy Statistical Bulletins
The Housing Strategy Statistical Bulletins are published quarterly and annually. They aim to provide council staff with information and statistics regarding housing needs and to inform of our response in meeting those needs.
The bulletins also provide evidence on how the council is performing against the aims and priorities for the city set out in the Housing Strategy 2009-2014 healthy homes, healthy lives, healthy city.
The quarterly and annual Statistical Bulletins report on a range of statistics:
- homelessness
- households in temporary accommodation

- Brighton & Hove HomeBuy demand and sales
- private sector housing
- Right to Buy
- Tenant incentive scheme
