Environmental Health Enforcement Policy

The Environmental Health Department of Brighton & Hove City Council have revised their Enforcement Policy to reflect changes in Government guidance and the City Council's new core priorities.

The policy ensures that Environmental Health enforcement actions are fair, consistant and transparent. The policy covers Animal Welfare, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Noise Control and Pollution Control.
