Warm home grants

You may be able to get help from the council to reduce your fuel bills and help make your home affordable to heat.

Our Warm-Homes project, run jointly with Climate Energy, is available to private tenants as well as owner-occupiers. The project offers help and advice on loft and cavity wall insulation, and in some cases heating grants.

For people who are on certain benefits it could mean getting insulation for free through grants funded by EDF Energy. For others the cost could be as low as £199.
