Extra support
We know that some families may need some extra help and support for a variety of reasons. Maybe:
- you have a child with a disability or special needs
- English is not your first language
- you have looked on the directory and can't find what you're looking for.
If you do need extra help, you can contact us to speak to an adviser who can offer extra support, for example:
- talking you through the most suitable childcare options
- contacting childcare providers on your behalf
- advising you of other services that may meet your needs
