Brighton & Hove Letting Scheme for Teachers and Social Care Professionals

Our Aim
A scheme has been set up in Brighton & Hove to assist teachers and social care professionals who are looking to rent in the area. We have appointed 4 preferred letting agencies who will assist in finding accommodation, whilst offering financial incentives such as the waiving of agency and referencing fees.

Participating Agencies
All agencies are NALS approved and are happy to discuss their individual incentives and provide details of suitable accommodation. The scheme is part of a raft of incentives set up to assist residents within the city.
Please note, that while we endeavour to help you find accommodation in Brighton & Hove, it is your responsibility to check that the accommodation offered is suitable. All financial arrangements are entered in to between the tenant and the landlord.
