Day Activities for Older People in Brighton & Hove

Often, older people who are socially isolated are referred to day centres as the only option to meet with others, regardless of whether they need staff support to attend.

We are aware there are lots of opportunities in the community - classes, clubs, groups, activities etc.  Older people are as diverse in skills and interests as everyone else.
