Brighton & Hove Crossroads provide trained care workers to go into the home of the cared for person to take over the caring tasks, giving the carer an essential break.
- the service is for carers of all ages of both children and adults.
- home visits may be during the day, evening or at weekends depending on the needs of the carer and cared for person and staff availability. Some overnight stays may also be available.
