Brighton & Hove Crossroads

Brighton & Hove Crossroads provide trained care workers to go into the home of the cared for person to take over the caring tasks, giving the carer an essential break.

  • the service is for carers of all ages of both children and adults. 
  • home visits may be during the day, evening or at weekends depending on the needs of the carer and cared for person and staff availability. Some overnight stays may also be available.

The office is normally staffed 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.

  • General Crossroads leaflets are available from the office and the Access Point on (01273) 295555    
  • Guidelines for (Crossroads) Clients, including Comments and Complaints Procedure are available from the office    
  • Carers Handbook at commencement of service
