Southern Water has a 24 hour Technical Call Centre on 0845 278 0845. If Southern Water is responsible for the drains serving your property they will attend and clear the blockage free of charge.
If the drains are private and your own responsibility they will advise you of this so that you will be able to contact a private contractor to clear the blockage from the drains.
