How can I keep cats out of my garden?
Try humane deterrants - water, silver foil, shop bought products, orange peel. If  you know who the cat belongs to, you could have a quiet word, but there are no laws relating to cats roaming.
There is an injured bird in my garden and I can't go out there - what should I do?

Our general advice would be to leave it alone. If it is a seabird. the parents will be near by and will tend to it. If the parents do not come to it, you should ring the RSPCA to take it to a rescue centre until it can fly properly. This is the usual reason why it has dropped into a garden.

Call the RSPCA on 0300 1234999 for more information.

Me/my dog has been attacked/bitten - can you help me?
Yes, but we need written evidence of the incident including full details of the dog and owner. When the evidence has been obtained, we will discuss it with our legal team and make a decision as to what action, if any, will be taken.
