Have you moved from Brighton & Hove?

You need to apply to your new local authority.
When your new pass arrives call us on 01273 291924.
Then simply cut-up the card issued by us.

Also:

you can let us know if you are no longer eligible because your situation has changed. You can then cut up your card and we will cancel it.

Inform us of any change to your contact details, address or report a card lost if you have decided not to purchase a new one yet.

If you have changed your name we will need to see proof, such as a deed or marriage certificate.
