  • Available for customers needing face-to-face advice on tax or tax credit matters
  • Opening times:  Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 4.30pm
  • Public internet access available for filing tax returns on-line  
  • The enquiry centre is wheelchair-accessible
  • Before making a special journey to the enquiry centre, you are advised to call the relevant HMRC helpline to check if you'll need to make an appointment for the type of query that you have.
