There are many other ways that you can feedback to Brighton & Hove City Council or get involved with what is going on in the city

Be part of formal consultations

We carry out regular consultation on a range of issues to find out what you think. Go to the Brighton & Hove Consultation Portal for details of current surveys.  You can also see details of surveys that have been completed.

We also consult with communities and individuals using focus groups.  To be part of these focus groups please see details on our Citizens Panel (Xchange).

Petitions and e-petitions

One of the easiest and most popular ways of engaging in the democratic process is to sign a petition.

An e-petition is a quick and easy way to bring issues to the attention of our councillors and influence local decision making.

See our e-petitions page for more information, including setting them up and details of what's currently going on.

Feedback on our services

Should you feel the need to formally feedback or complain about any of our services, you can fill in our online complaint form.

Social Media: Twitter, Youtube, Facebook and Flickr

Social media is the term to describe websites and online tools which allow people to interact with each other – by sharing information, opinions, knowledge and interests. Social media involves the building of communities or networks, encouraging participation and engagement.

By using social media the council has an online presence. We can reach more people in the city and join in online discussions.

Go to Social Media Sites for more information about the social media channels that the council uses.
