The customer service centre is open on the ground floor of Bartholomew House in Brighton.
The centre provides modern facilities for customers to access our services including council tax enquiries, applications for housing & council tax benefits, concessionary travel, housing options and more, all in one location.
This customer service centre is saving money by bringing together services which were provided at the reception areas of Bartholomew House and Priory House, located nearby.
