Find out about the successful launch day for the campaign as well as how you can be involved with the council, health and emergency services and in your local community.

Get Involved campaign

The aim of the Get Involved campaign is to make local people aware of the many ways they can get involved in their community. This could be in various ways, for instance through taking part in local decision making, by voting or having your say in consultations.

The campaign is about helping to promote and celebrate what is already happening in communities and neighbourhoods across the city. A  website is has been developed to include a calendar of events and activities being held over the next nine months.

Get Involved activities

Are you part of an existing voluntary or community group? Do you have a good idea for an event or activity that will bring people together and get people involved? If so, you might be eligible for a council grant to help. Visit www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/communitygrants

Partners to the campaign

The Get Involved campaign is held in partnership with Sussex Police, NHS Brighton & Hove, East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service and other local community and voluntary sector organisations.
