What's it all about?
The Councils are responding to all objections received to their response to the Waste Local Plan Public Inquiry Inspector’s Report and the ‘Schedule of Proposed Councils’ Responses’ summarises all the objections received and proposes responses to them.
The ‘Schedule of Councils’ Responses’ was approved by councillors of both authorities at meetings in November and December 2005

What's in the schedule?
The ‘Schedule of Councils’ Responses’ is in two parts contained in five volumes:
Part 1:
The Responses to ‘Standard’ Objections, and Introductory and Explanatory Notes Part 1
Part 2:
Responses to ‘Non-standard’ Objections, and Introductory and Explanatory Notes. Part 2
NotesIn response to the objections the Councils have decided to make no further material Modifications to the Plan

Further Information
Hard copies of the ‘Schedule of Responses’ will be available to view at at the usual deposit points for inspection from the 16th of December 2005.
