Waste Local Plan Inspector's Report

The Planning Inspector's Report into the East Sussex and Brighton & Hove Second Deposit Draft Waste Local Plan report contains the Inspector's conclusions regarding objections made to the Waste Local Plan and his recommendations regarding any alterations to the Plan.

His conclusions are made with regard to the general requirement that the Plan provides a ten-year land-use planning framework for facilities required to deal with waste arising in East Sussex and Brighton & Hove.  Where the Inspector feels changes to the Plan are required, specific recommendations regarding these changes have been set out.
