Eligibility Criteria for Adult Social Care services

Are you entitled to help from Adult Social Care services?

Anyone seeking help from adult social care services needs to undergo an assessment and a leaflet has been produced to explain the eligibility criteria - whether a person is eligible or not for adult social care services.

This criteria is based on the Department of Health's National Guidance and provides guidelines which are used by all councils.
