Customer service centres
You can visit our customer service centres in Brighton, Hove and Portslade. We have self-help computers in each of these centres which you can use to access our online services.
We want to make it easier for you to get information about our services. You can rely on the staff at our three customer service centres to be friendly, give good advice and put you in touch with the right people; read about our promise to you. Customer satisfaction is rising as can be seen from public comments.
There's a private room available in each centre to discuss sensitive or confidential issues. We also provide induction loops for the hard of hearing and language translations for those who need them.

Hove Customer Service Centre will open on Thursday 14th February.

Monday to Friday: 8.45am - 4.30pm
In addition for Parking Service customers the centre will open until 7pm on Thursdays and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays.
