A free event, with plenty of interesting and fun activities for all the family.
The annual Sussex Festival of Nature is back for 2013 and will take place on beautiful parkland near Stanmer village. The festival is the largest parks event organised by Brighton & Hove City Council and celebrates the unique and varied habitats and landscapes of Sussex.The festival covers four exciting zones: woodland, downland, marine and cityparks / gardens and will include:
- festival market selling locally sourced produce
- birds of prey
- sheep shearing
- heavy horses
- climbing activities
- biosphere
- tractor rides
- Morris dancing
- hot food
- bar
