The Active for Life team are working with Kelly Sheppard, an experienced Pilates instructor.This class is for all levels and abilities and is for adults only.

Pilates is a mind-body conditioning form of exercise that combines muscle strengthening and flexibility with a breathing method and enables the body to move with less effort, allowing a flowing and balanced movement. Pilates has many benefits including: improved strength, muscle tone and flexibility, better posture and postural awareness, less incidence of back pain, greater joint mobility and lowered stress levels.
