Dancing for Health - St Luke's Church
This is a friendly fun drop in session for adults led by our instructor Rosaria. Music from around the world is played throughout the class to inspire everyone. The first part of the class is chair based using fluid movements to help improve agility, core strength and range of motion and the second part is active standing dance. It’s an approach that helps the mind as well as the body.
It’s suitable for beginners and is moderately strenuous. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and flat, supportive shoes/trainers
