Volunteering

The Sport & Physical Activity team offers information and advice to encourage and support volunteers. There is a wide range of opportunities - sports clubs always need volunteers to help out as coaches, officials and administrators. Our team also welcome voluntary help with their many of our activities and events.

How much time do you have to give? Some roles may be simply be one off activities whilst others may require a few hours help on a regular basis. We'll aim to find a volunteering opportunity that will fit with your other commitments and enable you to make the most of your skills and interests.

How do I get involved?

If you are interested in volunteering with the Sports & Physical Activity please complete and return the following form to sports.info@brighton-hove.gov.uk. We will seek to match you to current opportunities within the team, however please note that we cannot guarantee to accommodate all interested volunteers. Our roles range from one off event volunteering, Healthwalk leaders, sports assistants and more. Once we have received your form we will contact you to discuss what opportunities are available.
