Wheeled sports, including skateboarding and BMX riding, are very popular in the city and there are some great skate parks that can be used to practice and learn new skills. To find out where they are click on the links below:

Skateboards Hove Lagoon

This skate park includes a mini ramp, flat banks, Quarter pipes, driveway, hubba and pyramid section along with blocks, benches and a curved many pad. This a multi ability skate park for all wheeled sports users.

The Level

A fantastic new skate park has been developed at the The Level in 2013, offering a variety of bowls, banks rails and stairs. Find out more by visiting the official Level Skate Park development page

Hollingdean

The skate park includes a street plaza section with banks, rails and stairs along with a fun bowl with extension. This is a mixed ability park and suitable for all wheeled sports users.

Saltdean Oval

This skate park includes a flat bank, pyramid box, hubba and quarter pipe along with two street obstacles. This is a mixed ability park and suitable for all wheeled sports users.

Brighton Youth Centre (Indoor)

An indoor park at the Youth Centre, which offering supervised skate sessions, events, and courses.

Sportivate Girls Only Skateboarding Sessions and Courses

A new girls skateboarding course is about to start at Bexhill Road Skatepark in Brighton for ages 16 – 25 years olds.

With coaching from pro female skateboarder Lucy Adams and the BYC Skateboard Project this course links to regular She Shredder sessions.  The course starts Saturday 26th April – 31st May from 9:30am-10:30am (6 weeks for £12.00).
