The Level, Saturday 17 June, 12noon – 5pm. Cost: FREE!
A fantastic free day out for people of all ages with huge range of over 70 different activities, fun, and performances.
Phoenix Gallery, Saturday 17 June 10am - 6pm Cost: FREE!
Attend a free seminar event involving academic presentations and expert panel discussions exploring the social benefits of lifestyle and informal sport, organised by the University of Brighton

Yoga for everyone! This free event organised by Brighton Yoga Festival is the perfect chance to find out more about yoga, and experience a range of different classes for all abilities – no prior experience needed.
King Alfred Leisure Centre, Thursday 22 June, 10am – 3pm, FREE!
A great event for adults with learning disabilities, their families and carers – discover a wide range of sports and healthy activities, plus information and activities to help you lead a happy healthy life in Brighton & Hove.
Saturday 24 June 12noon – 3pm, FREE!
Working with The Hangleton & Knoll Project, celebrating clubs and activities in the local community to help you and your family get active.
Wish Park, Saturday 24 June, 12noon – 4pm, FREE!
Get active in Wish Park with a family fun day celebrating sport, dance and active lifestyles. Join in the fun!
Sand Court (Kings Road Arches), Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 June 10am – 5pm each day, FREE!
Showcasing Beach Tennis, Foot Volley, Beach Volleyball, Beach Soccer and Sand Fitness Classes. “Have a go” sessions, coaching and demonstrations throughout the day. Open to all ages and abilities.
All Freedom Leisure Sites in Brighton & Hove, Saturday 24 and 25 June. Cost: FREE!
Free activities for the whole family to enjoy an active summer – something for everyone.
King Alfred Leisure Centre, Wednesday 28 June. 7:30pm – 9pm Cost: FREE!
Join in a beginner friendly aquathlon (swim & run) for children and adults and get a great introduction to triathlon style events supported by Brighton Triathlon Club.
Wild Park, Sunday 25 June, 12noon – 5pm Cost: FREE!
Free event for teens aged 12+ and families organised by Brighton Youth Collective!
The Manor Gym, Saturday 1 July. 1pm-4pm, FREE
The Manor opens its doors showcasing activities from within the local community that take place all year round.

Hove Lawns, Saturday 1 July – Sunday 2 July
The mighty Paddle returns with a fantastic range of events on water, in the sea, and on land. Plus don’t miss the amazing access beach with a range of activities for disabled people.
