Jubilee Library conference rooms

An exceptionally versatile venue in the centre of Brighton. Jubilee conference rooms, as well as the library itself, can be hired for private functions, performances and events.

Our fully accessible Jubilee Library conference rooms all come equipped with:

  • plasma screen with laptop connection for presentations 
  • flip chart stand, paper and pens
  • DVD player

The conference hall and conference room 2 have access to the internet and a microphone PA system

Tea and coffee refreshments can be provided at £2 per person for the first serving and £1 per person for further servings. We are also happy to work with your external caterers. Ask our conference team for details of local caters.

Jubilee library conference room capacities

Please note that our conference hall is conference rooms 1 and 2 combined. This means that the conference hall cannot be hired at the same time as conference room 1 or 2.

Jubilee Library conference room hire charges

All room hire charges are excluding VAT. There is an additional charge for using the rooms after the library closing time.

Cancellation policy

Bookings cancelled within fourteen days of the event date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within one day of the event date are subject to the full fee.
