Apprenticeships at the council

Apprenticeship pay

From 1 April 2017 Brighton & Hove City Council apprentices earn:

During an apprentice's first year:

Intermediate Level 2: £5.60 per hour / £10,804 per annum

Advanced or Higher Level 3+: £7.05 per hour / £13,601 per annum

Once completed first year:

National Minimum Wage appropriate for their age must apply. 

This must not be less than their starting salary.
