Under 16 stop smoking services

For young people aged 12 to 16 who want to stop smoking, the best way to stop is with support from a stop smoking adviser. Local pharmacies offer confidential advice and stop smoking medication to help you stop.

Depending on your how much you smoke the adviser may suggest nicotine replacement therapy such as patches, lozenges, gum, micro tablets, inhalers, mouth spray, nose sprays or oral strips to help with nicotine cravings. This will be free of charge if you are under 16.

Order support online and choose from a quit kit, emails, apps and texts from the NHS Smokefree website
