The Healthy Lifestyles Team support adults and families wanting to make changes to their lifestyle and improve their health and wellbeing by:

  • Stopping smoking
  • Moving more and increasing physical activity
  • Losing Weight
  • Eating well
  • Drinking less alcohol
  • Improving your general wellbeing

 

Talk to one of our trained advisers about the changes you or your family would like to make, and we’ll help you to access the support that’s right for you, provided by our team or other services available in the city.

 

 

We also work with organisations who are keen to improve health in their workplace or community or make referrals to our service.
