There are many different ways to contact us about recycling, refuse and street cleaning issues. Please remember to supply full details of the situation, location of any problems and your contact details.

Submit a case online
This is the quickest way to:
- let us know if your recycling or refuse has been missed
- order recycling boxes or a wheelie bin
- report fly-tipping or dumping of waste
- request the cleaning of a street
Once the online case is submitted it is automatically passed across to the relevant team to deal with the next working day.

These are passed directly to the customer service team who, if requested, aim to respond to you within five working days. The forms are designed to ensure we get all the information we need from you, this enables us to act on any issues as quickly as possible.
You will receive an automatic response to confirm we have received your email. We then aim to respond to you within five working days.
If you wish to add images, documents or any other attachments to your email please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receiving your letter we aim to respond within five working days.

Wednesdays: 10am - 5pm
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays: closed
